| الرَّحْمَٰنُ {١} |
1. The merciful. |
| عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ {٢} |
2. He taught/instructed the Koran. |
| خَلَقَ الْإِنْسَانَ {٣} |
3. He created the human/mankind. |
| عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ {٤} |
4. He taught/instructed him the evidence/logic . |
| الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ {٥} |
5. The sun and the moon with a count/calculation. |
| وَالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ {٦} |
6. And the star/planet and the trees, they (B) prostrate. |
| وَالسَّمَاءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْمِيزَانَ {٧} |
7. And the sky/space He rose it, and He laid/put/raised the scale/measuring instrument . |
| أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا فِي الْمِيزَانِ {٨} |
8. That you not tyrannize/exceed the limit in the scale/measuring instrument . |
| وَأَقِيمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِيزَانَ {٩} |
9. And keep up the weight/measure with the just/equitable, and do not reduce/decrease (cheat) in the scale/measuring instrument . |
| وَالْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ {١٠} |
10. And the earth/Planet Earth, He laid it for the creation. |
| فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ الْأَكْمَامِ {١١} |
11. In it (are) fruits and the palm trees that of the buds/covers from which fruits and flowers emerge. |
| وَالْحَبُّ ذُو الْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُ {١٢} |
12. And the seed/grain (of) the husk/chaff/external cover of seeds, and the basil/fragrant plants. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {١٣} |
13. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| خَلَقَ الْإِنْسَانَ مِنْ صَلْصَالٍ كَالْفَخَّارِ {١٤} |
14. He created the human/mankind from dry mud/clay as the pottery/earthenware. |
| وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِنْ مَارِجٍ مِنْ نَارٍ {١٥} |
15. And He created the Jinn from (the) flaming blazing torch mixed with blackened smoke from fire. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {١٦} |
16. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ الْمَغْرِبَيْنِ {١٧} |
17. The two sun rises`/easts` Lord, and the two sunsets`/declines` Lord. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {١٨} |
18. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ {١٩} |
19. The two large bodies of water usually salty mixed/set loose, they (B) meet . |
| بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَا يَبْغِيَانِ {٢٠} |
20. Between them (B) (is) a barrier , they (B) do not transgress . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٢١} |
21. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا اللُّؤْلُؤُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ {٢٢} |
22. The pearls and the corals emerge from them (B). |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٢٣} |
23. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| وَلَهُ الْجَوَارِ الْمُنْشَآتُ فِي الْبَحْرِ كَالْأَعْلَامِ {٢٤} |
24. And for Him (are) the ships/flowing/passing the raised/developed in the sea/ocean as/like the banners/mountains . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٢٥} |
25. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ {٢٦} |
26. Each/every who (is) on it (is) vanishing/being destroyed . |
| وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ {٢٧} |
27. And your Lord`s face/front/direction (owner) of the glory/splendor and the honour/generosity remains/continues . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٢٨} |
28. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| يَسْأَلُهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ {٢٩} |
29. Who (ever is) in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth asks/questions him, each/every day/time He is in a great matter/affair/concern . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٣٠} |
30. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ الثَّقَلَانِ {٣١} |
31. We will finish/end/complete (free ourselves) for you, oh you, the humans and Jinns (the two weights). |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٣٢} |
32. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَنْ تَنْفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانْفُذُوا ۚ لَا تَنْفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ {٣٣} |
33. You race/society (of) the Jinns and human/mankind, if you were able that (E) you penetrate/pierce from the skies`/space`s and the earth`s/Planet Earth`s regions/diameters/chords , so penetrate/pierce , you do not penetrate/pierce except with power/ authority . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٣٤} |
34. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِنْ نَارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنْتَصِرَانِ {٣٥} |
35. He sends on you (B) a smokeless flame/blazing heat from fire and copper/sparks of molten iron , so you (B) do not become victorious. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٣٦} |
36. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فَإِذَا انْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ {٣٧} |
37. So if the sky/space split/cut open , so it was a red/a rose as/like the paint/painted with oil . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٣٨} |
38. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يُسْأَلُ عَنْ ذَنْبِهِ إِنْسٌ وَلَا جَانٌّ {٣٩} |
39. So that day (end of the world till judgment takes place), a human/mankind and nor a Jinn (will) be asked/questioned about his crime. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٤٠} |
40. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ {٤١} |
41. The criminals/sinners (will) be known by their marks/identifications/expressions, so (they) will be taken by the foreheads/forehead`s hair (bangs), and the feet. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٤٢} |
42. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| هَٰذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ {٤٣} |
43. This is Hell which the criminals/sinners lie/deny with it. |
| يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ آنٍ {٤٤} |
44. They circle/walk around between it and between hot water/cold water/red hot coal blazing/glowing. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٤٥} |
45. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ {٤٦} |
46. And to who feared His Lord`s place/position , two treed gardens. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٤٧} |
47. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| ذَوَاتَا أَفْنَانٍ {٤٨} |
48. (B) of (the two treed gardens) have branches. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٤٩} |
49. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ {٥٠} |
50. In them (B) (are) two water springs/wells, they (B) flow . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٥١} |
51. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فِيهِمَا مِنْ كُلِّ فَاكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ {٥٢} |
52. In them (B) (are) from every/each fruits, a pair/couple/two kinds . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٥٣} |
53. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍ بَطَائِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ ۚ وَجَنَى الْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ {٥٤} |
54. Leaning/reclining on on spreads/beds its lining/interior (is) from brocade , and the two treed gardens` harvest (fruits is) near. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٥٥} |
55. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فِيهِنَّ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنْسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ {٥٦} |
56. In them (B) (are) confining the eyes, (they) were not touched (by) a human before them, and nor Jinn. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٥٧} |
57. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| كَأَنَّهُنَّ الْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ {٥٨} |
58. As if/though they (F) are corundum/hardest mineral after diamond (rubies/sapphires/ topazes), and the corals. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٥٩} |
59. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ?398 |
| هَلْ جَزَاءُ الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ {٦٠} |
60. Is the goodness` reimbursement , except the goodness`? |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٦١} |
61. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| وَمِنْ دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ {٦٢} |
62. And from other than them (B) two treed gardens. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٦٣} |
63. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| مُدْهَامَّتَانِ {٦٤} |
64. (B) (are) blackish green and fragrant. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٦٥} |
65. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ {٦٦} |
66. In them (B) (are) two water springs/wells, (B) flowing/gushing . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٦٧} |
67. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ {٦٨} |
68. In them (B) (are) fruits, and palm trees, and pomegranate. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٦٩} |
69. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَاتٌ حِسَانٌ {٧٠} |
70. In them (B) (are) very beautiful good/generous . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٧١} |
71. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| حُورٌ مَقْصُورَاتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ {٧٢} |
72. Dilated pupils (very beautiful) confined/limited in the tents . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٧٣} |
73. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنْسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ {٧٤} |
74. (They) were not touched (by) a human before them, and nor Jinn. |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٧٥} |
75. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِيٍّ حِسَانٍ {٧٦} |
76. Leaning/relining on green carpets/pillows/silk and very beautiful fine carpets . |
| فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ {٧٧} |
77. So with which (of) your (B)`s (humans and Jinns) Lord`s blessings (do) you (B) deny/falsify ? |
| تَبَارَكَ اسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ {٧٨} |
78. Blessed (is) your Lord`s name, (owner) of the glory/splendor and the honour/generosity 399 |
